GBNeeded to return an item I no longer… Needed to return an item I no longer needed but customer service is saying the package had been opened and used showing signs of staining, I asked for pictures showing the staining with no answer. They’re only offering me 50%credit. This is a joke and ripoff

GBPrice is right, easy to set up & reset at need I'm using AiDot bulbs & plugs with Home Kit. They are easy to set up, and easy to reset if one makes a mistake or wants to move them to a new location. And the prices are RIGHT! Highly recommended.

GBI Placed an Order - Never Received I placed an order, and when I tracked it, I saw that it says it was delivered on 2024-04-07 at 14:55. I've searched around my house, and I can't seem to find the package. I have also asked my neighbors if it was accidentally delivered to them and they did not get it either. I was hoping that I would be able to get more information about where the delivery driver left it. If that still doesn't help me find the package, I was hoping I could get another one sent or be refunded. I also went to my local post office and the ones in the surrounding area, and none of them were holding my package. I did provide them my name, address, and the tracking number and they said that they didn't have any packages for me and that the tracking number wasn't a USPS tracking number.

GBIt was easy to order from your website It was easy to order from your website. The only complaint I had was no tracking number. Every time I tried to click on the tracking information I was told that the order number and tracking number did not exist. I thought I was scammed and was not getting the vacuum. The communication with you was good later but we need more confident communication and tracking information right after ordering.
