Service solution I'm an idiot. Bought a pendant but store lost the canopy to attach to ceiling. After internet search this company was only one with proper size and copper finish. It arrived white which was a finish offered as well. Luckily they have human phone support who advised the copper finish has tightly adherent white film that must be peeled off. Saved returning etc and great quality product.

Great Customer Service I placed an order before the holidays and made a mistake and ordered the wrong color cord. Jami was able to quickly fix my problem and made the swap before there were any issues. The cable I also switched to did not have the full quantity I needed. I understood that around the holidays that it would be a longer lead time to produce, but he still made it happen. The cord and all other materials arrived so much sooner than I expected. Glad I gave this shop a chance, as I had never heard of Creative Cables before, and I'm cautious about trusting unknown web stores. I will order again.
