Jami was able to quickly fix my problem and made the swap before there were any issues. The cable I also switched to did not have the full quantity I needed. I understood that around the holidays that it would be a longer lead time to produce, but he still made it happen. The cord and all other materials arrived so much sooner than I expected. Jami supplied great customer service and quickly resolved a mistake I made.

Custom lights do not work My custom lights arrived, and do not work – I contacted support multiple times to try to fix the issue, and they have stopped responding.

Also, pleased as the prompt response to the order being processed. DHL was great to advise accordingly as to when to expect delivery. The only problem we had with DHL delivery, is both times left on the stairs and not on the porch and subject to the wet weather. The first delivery was a large box and placed on an angle on the stairs.
