GBPoor customer service Poor customer service. I ordered a microwave and it came damaged. Spoke with customer service and was told to email them with the order number, shipping information, and pictures of the damage and that the claim would be processed by the end of the day. Four days later I called to be told (rudely) that a representative had the email and it would be handled by the end of the day. That was yesterday morning.

GBCustomer service is lacking Customer service is lacking. I called and was on hold for a long time so opted to get a call back which never happened. I emailed twice with no response the first time. Finally I got a response.

GBCustomer service could be better … Let me star off by saying that the stove is absolutely gorgeous. I purchased a ZLINE Autograph Edition package bundle with a range hood dishwasher and a pot filler. My problem is with customer service, I was unaware of the back order for the pot filler, I got the wrong finish color, and my grill still has not come. I called sent emails all I got was the run around. I'm hopeful to get everything b4 "Thanksgiving"
