GBI received the Zline wall range hood in… I received the Zline wall range hood in Stainless steel and it was damaged. I can not reach anyone to get a resolution. The phone number on the emails is not a real number. However after sending an email Tammy contacted me and resolved my issue quickly. She did a great job resolving my issue quickly and was very friendly.

GBMediocre I ordered over the phone and was told the item was in stock and ready to ship. I didn’t get a tracking number so a couple days past I called back only to hear the item was not in stock and it took a couple weeks to get the item in and shipped. The item I ordered was fantastic but the customer service was mediocre at best.
