GBCustomer Service was great Customer Service was great! The pillow was just not great for my husband because it was too soft and didn't offer enough support. He is 6 feet and has a long neck.

GBNot the pillow for me BUT Not the pillow for me. However, the customer service was phenomenal! I ordered the pillow, received it in less than a week. Tried it for an hour, knew it was not for me. Emailed regarding wanting to return it. Was given options of return vs try another pillow. I chose return. No questions asked beyond that. Super customer service and commitment to the community as I will be donating my pillow to a shelter as per their recommendation. Honestly, just awed by this. I wish the pillow would have worked for me knowing the company has this sort of commitment to the environment and others in need.

GBCustomer Service is What Every Company Should Emulate This company has amazing customer service and sustainability goals. The pillow I tried was just OK, and not as good as the pillow I was using already. The pillow did get the best review on WireCutter out of 10 top pillows tried (which is why I gave it a try). Although I won't be continuing to use it, I recommend this company and it's customer responsiveness. It only took a day for me to initiate a desire for a return, and for customer service to issue a full refund, without my needing to return the pillow. At their suggestion, i will make sure the pillow finds a good home with someone for whom it works great.

CAWhen They Say Free Trial - they MEAN it! I have glanced at the other reviews and "great customer service" seems to be a leading theme. I can attest to why - the service I got from Jaysen was top-notch, professional and above and beyond in every respect. I purchased the "regular" orthopedic contoured pillow and the first night was awful as I had to get used to it. By the second and third nights I was feeling more comfortable and was thinking, maybe this time I really have the right solution to my neck problems. Alas, over time it just was not right for me. I contacted support and Jaysen gave me immediate options to perhaps try a different "model" - and in the end I was sent the King model which has a higher loft. Unfortunately that version did not work well for me either and I have already been offered a refund and the return process has been initiated. No hesitation. GREAT customer service from company ambassadors who are a credit to Dosaze. As far as the pillow itself is concerned, despite the fact that it did not work for me, I can easily see how this might be ideal for others. The pillow is VERY well made, and feels premium in all respects. I really, really wanted to love this pillow. But I cannot say enough about the customer service - don't be afraid to go for the "free trial" - they really do mean it!

GBGreat Pillow and customer service I've ordered two pillows from this company, and both are perfect for me ! The original contour pillow, and the cooling wedge pillow since I have acid reflux at times. Another product didn't work out for me, but when I contacted customer service to return it, the response was quick, and they asked me to donate the product to a local charity, which I thought was amazing. I love this company !!
