LOVE features and quality of this light! Being rechargeable and the feature to vary not only the level of light but also the type of light (bright vs two other types) make this product OUTSTANDING! It is a little slippery on your neck with no collar if you are moving but very helpful for reading, sewing, etc where light is not optimum. The company also stands behind their product's performance like few these days.

Exceptional customer service and cool product! Had an issue with a reading light that i purchased via Amazon where the in-line controls would not work after switching the lamp on. I was able to find Glocusent's website and filled our their Support form late one evening, i got a response within minutes seeking my address, amazon order details and confirmation that a replacement would be sent out. Issy at Glocusent kept me updated every step of the way and sent shipping confirmation once the replacement was posted. I am staggered at the exceptional customer service. The communication, willingness to put this right very quickly and follow up to check i received the item are unparalleled. Thank you Issy and Glocusent team. Incredible Customer Service Incredible customer service! Way beyond what I expected it to be. I love their products and feel very comfortable ordering from them in the future. I've been ripped off so many times purchasing online and it's refreshing finding a company like this that really cares about their customers.

My order was unable to be fulfilled due… My order was unable to be fulfilled due to a lack of stock in Canada but I was quickly notified and offered options. I chose to cancel my order and was immediately refunded on my credit card. I was also offered to be notified when the product was again in stock. I know there are many supply issues these days which are somewhat out of suppliers control, so this is a review of the process rather than the product I ordered.

Good device (actually best one around), support awesome! Compared many everyhwere: Thomann, Amazon, ebay, even AliExpress and finally, after checking many evenings, chose the new stand light from Glocusent. Well *bummer* out of stock :( Nooooooo ;D Contacted support... Most companies would say wait until... not so here, they managed to get me two in a very short time. THANKS! <3 PS: And, yes!, it is as awesome as advertised so far. As a technical person I am very curious how long the batteries will last...
