I did not get what I ordered I did not get what I ordered. They sent me a picture of what I should’ve have gotten and what I received in the mail was totally different. I spent $450 just to be mislead. After explaining my situation to the representative all she said was “I’m sorry about that I can offer you $50 off of your next purchase?” Like why would I order again when the order wasn’t right the first time? I’m definitely taking my business elsewhere. Fool me once but you’re definitely not gonna full me twice.

The sign came out looking great The sign came out looking great! It would have been nice to get some installation instructions or a template to install the post standoffs in the correct positions. Overall the sign looks great in my studio.

This company exceeded expectations This company exceeded expectations. We were hoping to order from the States and avoid shipping from China during the pandemic. Turns out communication was better than anything we encountered local and domestic. The sign was done perfectly. It was shipped and arrived prior to estimated time. Although the gift has yet to be given, it works perfectly. The remote was a definite added bonus and so happy that we went with this company.
