GBBetter than I could have imagined! I honestly couldn’t have imagined a better experience. They created my custom sign exactly as I imagined it. When they sent the proof I was pleasantly surprised as I didn’t know if my specifications were detailed enough. And then my beautiful neon sign arrived and it’s perfection. Definitely will be recommending to friends and family.

GBI did not get what I ordered I did not get what I ordered. They sent me a picture of what I should’ve have gotten and what I received in the mail was totally different. I spent $450 just to be mislead. After explaining my situation to the representative all she said was “I’m sorry about that I can offer you $50 off of your next purchase?” Like why would I order again when the order wasn’t right the first time? I’m definitely taking my business elsewhere. Fool me once but you’re definitely not gonna full me twice.
