GBThis app has potential to be great This app has potential to be great. It’s not great though. They advertise you’ll get same day pay, but you’re lucky if they update your account at all. Now they are updating every 48 hours. People use the app because we struggle and rely on this company to stand by their word. You don’t mess with peoples finances. People go hungry because this app is all over the place and still can’t seem to function properly. Not only is it frustrating but it’s false advertisement. You lure folks in by saying same day pay, then they commit to you only for you to screw them over. I’m so sick of it. It’s nice when it works but so frustrating when it doesn’t. And now they’ve taken away the ability for the reps to manually add your hours so they cannot help at all which is the dumbest thing I’ve heard. This is obviously a huge problem and it’s dumbfounding that the company doesn’t care enough to fix it.

GBThe company is not the greatest The company customer service is not the greatest, but Zach is the best representative at the company! Every time I call and have any issues he is the only one who takes his time to go the extra mile to resolve the issue. He should be a supervisor! He is a huge asset and offers the best customer service.

GBHORRIBLE COMPANY Back again to say that it's been over 7 months now and this company still has over $8,000 of my money that they're holding on to. I submitted a review and they got back to me. I heard from several people who were "higher ups" in the company, promising a resolution. Well, here I am still with nothing. This paycheck alone, they took almost another $1,000. I have no idea how they are allowed to get away with this. I have contacted the BBB. To say I'm frustrated is a gross understatement. WORST COMPANY EVER!

GBBeing the Best of Customer Service Sending a 4*** for a payactiv representative name Stephen. He was very instrumental in solving my issue in a way that other payactiv representatives couldn't. Many of them let me down.......with not keeping their word. Kudos to Stephen. You should be awarded Employee of the Month! You team leader should be proud to have you working for them. Thanks
