GBBeing the Best of Customer Service Sending a 4*** for a payactiv representative name Stephen. He was very instrumental in solving my issue in a way that other payactiv representatives couldn't. Many of them let me down.......with not keeping their word. Kudos to Stephen. You should be awarded Employee of the Month! You team leader should be proud to have you working for them. Thanks

GBI have had an ongoing issue for 4-5… I have had an ongoing issue for 4-5 months about $200 being missed and no one would help me get my money until Richard from the resolution team reached out to me and gave me my money. Nobody until Richard would even try to help. Payactiv needs to work on their customer service

GBZero stars wasn’t an option Zero stars wasn’t an option. This is the worst business I’ve ever dealt with. They are stealing $500 every time I get paid. I’ve been dealing with this for the past 6 months. I’ve spoken to over 20 different reps and no one can solve my problem. I’m ready to leave my employer because I’m having so much of my pay stolen from this company. Whatever you do, do NOT use this company for your employees’ sake.

GBCrappy, Incompetent & frustrating This company does not do what it is advertised to do. There is ALWAYS a problem with updating your hours or giving you access to your funds. They will try to blame your job about pay rates & updates but based off research & comments it's not only the company I work for. When you try to reach out to support they have a bunch of generic responses that are unproductive & enraging. Supervisors or managers never call you back. I have been trying to access my funds for 8 days with no progress. Their "unconcerned" team is extremely slow & incompetent. Co workers told me not to sign up & I should have listened. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! There are more efficient, reliable and productive companies.
