GBI’d give zero stars if possible I’d give zero stars if possible. I placed an order in April of 2023 for a book vase. August rolled around and I hadn’t heard anything so I reached out and heard back that “it’ll be shipped in late October.” Fine. Whatever. October comes and goes and nothing so I reached out again and get this response “sorry! Late January 2024.” Seems like it’s crazy but alright. Again, January comes and goes and I have to reach out “late Feb.” the last time I reached out was the beginning of March where I was told “early April.” It’s now the end of April and I’ve canceled my order. I get that issues with shipping and developing products can happen. But it’s been a year. What frustrates me the most is that I consistently had to reach out. There was nothing proactive from the company to tell me about all of these alleged delays. I’ve put in for a refund and it seems a little scammy but they’ve said I can either get a physical check or give them my bank info for a direct deposit. I don’t trust this company as far as I can throw them so there’s no way they’re getting my bank info. Scam company. Avoid at all costs.

GBNEVER RECEIVED REFUND ON CANCELLED ORDER Ordered two table lamps back in NOVEMBER. Despite being listed as IN STOCK with Visual Comfort they were repeatedly delayed. Finally ran out of patience and cancelled order. Unable to get refund despite multiple attempts. Keeps getting "escalated" but nothing happens.

GBDo Not Purchase from Burke Decor The piece of furniture I ordered kept getting delayed with no explanation. After three rounds of delays, I cancelled the order. I now have been waiting for over a month to be reimbursed to my original form of payment. I have sent a number of emails and chatted with agents through their online portal and there has been zero action. All I get back - after multiple days - is a thank you for my patience and that they have again notified their finance team. I filed a claim with my credit card company. Updated In response to the individual at Burke Decor who responded to this review saying, "if there is anything I can do, in any way to better service you, please do not hesitate to ask"....I would like to be credited in full - for the order I cancelled on March 5, 2024 - to my original form of payment and for someone to respond to the emails I have been sending inquiring about status of that credit.

GBGreat Customer Service Customer service treated me very well when I had to cancel an order. I started my return via Chat on line/on their website. All was handled very well and I was refunded within the 10-14 days promised.
