Scam artists Scam artists! Stay as far away from this company as you can. Look at their latest email: “In an effort to streamline communications, we currently do not have phone support available. We understand that not being able to contact us on the phone can be frustrating and we apologize for any inconvenience. We are looking to re-activate phone services in the coming months.” They were very quick to take my money for a pair of lamps and then after weeks of waiting, when I emailed to check, they said they are no longer available, and I’ve now been waiting for more than a month to get my money back. Stay away!!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would If I could leave 0 stars I would. This scam company has yet to refund my money for something on their website that turned out to be a discontinued item that they didn’t even have in stock. They keep stalling that it will take more time with every email, figuring people will just give up or forget. They need to be shut down by the authorities. Stay away!

I'm an interior designer and ordered… I'm an interior designer and ordered and paid for 2 items for my client in January. They were delayed twice, both times I only learned about it after contacting THEM for an update. After months, I cancelled the orders. Was told refund would be made within 7-14 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). That time came and went, and no refund. More emails and chats and attempted phone calls later, was told by message that someone from their finance team was looking into it and to give them another 5 business days for refund to post. That time came and went too, and now sending more emails and chats and attempting to call, to find out what? That they took my client's money? Unbelievable.

Some sort of a money scam My order was supposed to be shipped in the first week of March, Then the last week of April And now they are saying it will ship in August. I just want to cancel and get a full refund, but nobody seems to want to help me cancel it as well. They just want to keep my money which is over $3500 and not send me the item. I got an email about a refund. I will update my review if I actually get a refund on time or just contact my bank for further processing or contact their local Attorney. *No refund yet. ** No refund yet as of April 30 2024.

NEVER RECEIVED REFUND ON CANCELLED ORDER Ordered two table lamps back in NOVEMBER. Despite being listed as IN STOCK with Visual Comfort they were repeatedly delayed. Finally ran out of patience and cancelled order. Unable to get refund despite multiple attempts. Keeps getting "escalated" but nothing happens.
