GBGreat Customer Service Customer service treated me very well when I had to cancel an order. I started my return via Chat on line/on their website. All was handled very well and I was refunded within the 10-14 days promised.

GBSCAM Never ships orders, little communication and does not refund, even after email confirmation they will! Please skip this site. They have beautiful items and great rewards, but it is a scam. Placed multiple orders and nothing ever shipped. I never received an order update and had to email them to find out about my order status because they have NO customer service phone number listed anywhere. I received an email back that all items were delayed. After waiting months I demanded a refund and they said it would take 7-14 business days. It never posted. I had to place a claim with my credit card company. I truly think this is a scam to hold on to consumers money as long as possible. SKIP!! Trust me

GBSome sort of a money scam My order was supposed to be shipped in the first week of March, Then the last week of April And now they are saying it will ship in August. I just want to cancel and get a full refund, but nobody seems to want to help me cancel it as well. They just want to keep my money which is over $3500 and not send me the item. I got an email about a refund. I will update my review if I actually get a refund on time or just contact my bank for further processing or contact their local Attorney. *No refund yet. ** No refund yet as of April 30 2024.

BEI'm an interior designer and ordered… I'm an interior designer and ordered and paid for 2 items for my client in January. They were delayed twice, both times I only learned about it after contacting THEM for an update. After months, I cancelled the orders. Was told refund would be made within 7-14 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). That time came and went, and no refund. More emails and chats and attempted phone calls later, was told by message that someone from their finance team was looking into it and to give them another 5 business days for refund to post. That time came and went too, and now sending more emails and chats and attempting to call, to find out what? That they took my client's money? Unbelievable.
