GBWorst service ever! If there are no stars, that is what I would give them. I ordered the furniture in July, beginning of July. It has been a nightmare. At first delivery, they said they cannot move it in. For the second attempt, they did not show up at all, though, I received the call they will be there 2 days prior. The customer service - NONE. I have been trying to call and e-mail for weeks now. I am sending an e-mail almost everyday with no response. I paid for the product I never received, and they do not even bother to contact me. I do not even know if I am going to get my money back. The worst company I have ever dealt with. I wish I saw some of the reviews here earlier!

GBI bought a couch and loveseat in Feb… I bought a couch and loveseat in Feb 2022 and by October the couch wooden frame broke. The wood was pushed out the back through the fabric and dented the wall. The left arm is loose. The furniture is barely used as it’s in our back living room. I tried emailing several times with no response. Called but numbers are no good.

GBDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their furniture is THE WORST.. It’s like sitting on cement, They offer all kinds of guarantees… until you need to send something back. Our experience has been one big nightmare. AND NOW… they want to charge me $1000 to send this piece of crap furniture back. That is WRONG. I have tried for 2 weeks to get this resolved. We can’t move into our new home because WOODHAVEN FURNITURE is putting the screws to us. ITS ONE BIG SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THEIVES!!! THEY ARE AS EVIL AS THEY COME. SHAME ON YOU WH FURNITURE

GBThis company is the worse furniture… This company is the worse furniture company that I have had the displeasure of ordering from. And to make matters worse, there is no one in management fir me to speak with per the emoyees that answered the support line. I purchased a living room set and received a delivery date. I waited 3 weeks and took a day off from work and no deliver, no call. I spend a total of 8hours over 2 days trying to get answers and the only thing I got was the delivery company is new and has been making many mistakes including scheduling orders without picking up the furniture. I have pleaded with the customer service reps to have someone in management contact me but I was told they are always in meetings and is not available. I have filed a clain with GA attorney General office and BBB. Your response is late and fake. Use the time to train your staff on improving customer service and customer sensitivity. I was left traumatize from the unnecessary stress you caused. The o lying furniture I requested to be picked up was your incomplete set.

GBThis company is terrible This company is terrible. There is no telephone number the one listed is not active. There is no one to talk to about an order. The email is also useless. I have emailed and the response is not related to the issue I inquired about. What is going on here just please get a phone system we can speak to someone in customer service. Amazon etc are bigger and they have good service and we can get someone to speak to to resolve issues.
