GBBaluster purchase The prices were much cheaper than any of the big box home center stores, shipping was inexpensive, order time to receipt of the product was 3 days or less and the customer service people were very helpful and responsive. Doesn't get much better than that.

GBBox newel Hi, I placed an order for two items. Ordering was simple, price was great, and items were beautiful.....except for the damage. Reordering was easy and follow up was great. I am still waiting for the second item, third recorder, to arrive without damage.

GBAccidents happen. My order was somehow "deleted" due to a website snafu, so 0 stars for that. The owner was very polite and worked to make things right, so 5 stars for that. I was delayed quite substantially from receiving my order but I do believe it was an accident. So 4 stars overall for the recovery effort. I will order again from them.

CAI wasn't given the option of the … I wasn't given the option of the shipping and found the cost of the shipping a little pricey. This could my lack of familiarity of shipping costs.
