I wasn't given the option of the … I wasn't given the option of the shipping and found the cost of the shipping a little pricey. This could my lack of familiarity of shipping costs.

Box newel Hi, I placed an order for two items. Ordering was simple, price was great, and items were beautiful.....except for the damage. Reordering was easy and follow up was great. I am still waiting for the second item, third recorder, to arrive without damage.
