GBDoes Not Care About Customer Questions, Just Wants to Take Orders I needed to order some special longer length fillet pieces as opposed to ordering several small sections. I called and spoke with Michael and he told me that it could "probably" be done but couldn't give me a definite answer, and I would have to wait to receive the pieces from the manufacturer before knowing for sure. Attitude on the phone was apathetic, at minimum average level customer service would've been to call the manufacturer first and verifying before just putting the order in and "seeing what happens".

Had a very specific order for some wrought iron spindles and shoes and he helped me get them in time to wrap up a big project. The product was very high quality. GBCorrect addresses are important 1. The stair company entered the address incorrectly on the first shipment which delayed arrival by 2 days. 2. Sixteen (16) of the round shoe collars arrived chipped, dinged and scratched. Not from damage - they were packaged that way! 3. The order for the replacement shoe collars arrived late because the shipping address was entered incorrectly AGAIN!!! 4. I run a business and it's hard to make money when product doesn't arrive as scheduled. This isn't rocket science. It's just carelessness.

GBBest Bargain Shopped around and was by far the best price for the box newel I was looking for. Saved about 260 dollars compared to buying at standard lumber even when shipping was counted in. Also arrived within 2 days of leaving the facility.
