RIP OFF!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! This product is complete trash. Using a professional decibel meter while the curtains are up it 100% does not block out any sound or made a difference. Then they tell you there are no refunds which is complete bull and should be displayed on the ordering page. I've had to get my bank involved to get back $800, because I bought these overpriced curtains that do nothing but block out light. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from this scam of a company... Im prety sure they fake all their website reviews as well.

The instructions were missing a few… The instructions were missing a few details like rotating the piece that holds the bar in place. The curtain makes absolutely zero difference in noise level. The magnetic strip is pulled off the wall by the weight of the curtain.

Helps enormously in NYC! The curtains really do help lessen the loud street noises in NYC. My only issue is that the hooks were not strong enough to hang the curtains--perhaps because my ceiling to floor length curtains were especially heavy. Fortunately, my handyman was able to reinforce the hooks with additional hardware, so my curtains are secure.

Item is high-quality, works as advertised Item is high-quality, works as advertised. I really like my Acoustidoor! I haven't had as much time to use it as I would like, but I've done some testing and it definitely reduces noise and sound bleed at the threshold where I installed it. Be sure to measure carefully: my item was delivered with precisely the measurements that I selected.

The curtain is not effective The curtain does not performed as advertised. The noise reduction effect is minimum. Customer service did not follow up my questions until I emailed them the second time. Even then not all my concerns were addressed. The curtain can be functional as a blackout or thermal curtain, but not so much as an acoustic curtain.
