GBDoesn’t work as advertised RA customer service is bad , tried calling for two weeks , nothing , emailed multiple times , nothing , once you pay for something it’s done , nobody will be willing to help , that will finally respond but that response is as good as nothing. As far as product goes , I agree it’s very well made , however it doesn’t work as advertised , I really don’t know how this can work after trying it out, I was really hoping it would but it doesn’t . I end up spending all together approx $500 and I can throw them out.

GBPoor Customer Service Do not buy this product. After following the measuring guide as well as contacting the company before purchasing, the product I received did not fit our windows. The perimeter seal is attached very sloppily and is not square on the curtain so it does not line up with our window sill. After talking with customer service, the only option available to me was to pay $150 to have them redo it. That being said, I also think the product looks worse than it does in the photos on their website. Avoid this overpriced poor product.

GBRIP OFF!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! This product is complete trash. Using a professional decibel meter while the curtains are up it 100% does not block out any sound or made a difference. Then they tell you there are no refunds which is complete bull and should be displayed on the ordering page. I've had to get my bank involved to get back $800, because I bought these overpriced curtains that do nothing but block out light. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from this scam of a company... Im prety sure they fake all their website reviews as well.

GBWorks as advertised! I live in downtown LA and also have an east facing apartment. the traffic noise can get kind of loud and at night can be disruptive. I found Residential Acoustics online searching for solutions and I took a chance on them. Not only is any sound at all barely even noticeable, the curtains also completely block out all the sunlight that used to pour into the bedroom, making it much easier to stay asleep until its actually time to wake up.

GBItem arrived defected, customer service only has ~10% response rate. Item arrived defected. Emailed customer service with no response for a week. Finally call answered and was asked to send back for warranty repair. Since then, no response to emails and phone calls for weeks. Ordered one month ago, still got nothing.
