GBVery happy We had original 15 year old carpet in the living/dining room and original linoleum in the kitchen, laundry room, powder room and master bath removed and replaced with beautiful CoreTec Plus luxury vinyl plank. The installers were amazing and had everything completed in 1.5 days. One of the installers stayed until 9:05 PM on the first day getting all of the CoreTec installed. On the second day, all of the baseboards, 1/4-round molding and thresholds were installed and the job completed. We are very pleased with the results and will definitely use Carpet One again.

GBThe employees of Mount Vernon carpet… The employees of Mount Vernon carpet one, were amazing! They answered all of our questions and concerns, and helped us decide on the flooring that would be best for our new home! We will definitely be using them again when it's time to update our upstairs carpeting and molding! Thank you Morgan and everyone at Carpet one for making our experience so wonderful! We LOVE our floors!

GBPoor workmanship, destroyed our kitchen Carpet one's installers did a very poor job to the point that the work needs to be done and the product replaced. Carpet one's response: "not our problem".

GBabsentee owner's successful carpet installation We needed to get an Anacortes house ready to sell after holding an estate sale. Our challenge...we live out of state and could not be at the house during any renovations. An on-line search brought up Mount Vernon Carpet One as highly recommended. All our arrangements (contract, old carpet tearout, floor sealing, carpet selection, installation) were via email and phone. Our realtor shared photos of the installed carpet - a beautiful job, done exactly in the time frame we had requested. Thank you, Larry Henderson, for your great service..

GBGreat Install, poor communication Our installer treated us like family. His care for our home during this process way above what we expected. The flooring installation looks amazing. Only issue we had was the extra cost that was added for new plywood underneath. We understand you cannot see what is there until the flooring was removed, but, what we paid extra versus what we were verbally quoted as 'worse case scenario' was a difference of over $2000. It is our fault for not requesting written bid for 'worse case scenario' instead of being quoted after we are already started on the job. I feel it is more beneficial to customers to have a more formal bid that includes cost of all known charges, especially if you already have the square footage of the area. At least an estimated addition to install charges. Besides that, we love the new flooring! I will strongly recommend Michael the installer to anyone I know.
