Great Service Duane and Brian stopped installing our flooring after they discovered a flaw. We appreciate their honesty and ethics even if it delayed our project by two weeks. Also Larry Henderson worked diligently to get new flooring and once it arrived, promptly scheduled his installers. Duane and Brian were the only Lexar sub contractors to completely clean up their work site. One final note, Lexar sub contractors following Duane and Brian complimented them on the quality of floor and counter top installation. We highly recommend Carpet One in Mt Vernon, WA

Flooring sales and installation Our salesman, Morgan was extremely knowledgeable about the flooring products, kept us informed every step of the way, and truly wanted us to be completely satisfied with the product we purchased. The installers were on time, respectful, and did an amazing job installing our beautiful floors. They also cleaned up after themselves, which was much appreciated. Vinyl, Carpet, Tile, and Blinds We purchased Vinyl, Carpet, Tile, and Blinds: We had a great experience with Carpet One. The associates were very knowledgeable and helpful. The work was completed by experienced workers. However, keep in mind that in every project there is potential for mishaps beyond everyone's control. My suggestions are to review any NEW product prior to completing the quote as not every new product is the same size or use. Also, equipment should be checked out at the store before using on site. Other than that, everything turned out great in the end! Thanks for your help!!!

The Mount Vernon Carpet installer The Mount Vernon Carpet installer, Michael, did a fantastic job with our basement floor. He was very careful to prep the floor and take the time to get ready for the vinyl install. Michael was thoughtful, considerate and conscientious about his time in our home and was a delight to work with. Michael was exceptionally meticulous and didn't want to leave anything undone or done poorly. Our contacts with Larry were also very favorable. He was very patient and thorough about the business part of this job and also advised us when needed about our best possible choices for the work we had done.
