We have 2 products so far that… We have 2 products so far that immediately broke on the zipper. It would be nice to either get reimbursed or a new one for each that broke. The products themselves are beautiful, well priced.. However they do not come with the inserts and this has been particularly hard to figure out for the ottomans.

Beautiful rug Beautiful hand-printed rug made of natural fibres - exactly what I was looking for. Dispatched promptly directly from India with minimal plastic packaging. Easy to track delivery online. Took a few weeks to arrive, but it was coming a long way and it was worth the wait! Definitely recommend Eyes of India. Be aware you may need to pay extra import charges or taxes. I was expecting this and factored into my purchase. The rug was still great value, even with the extra charges.

I had ordered earphone from SHOPCLUES… I had ordered earphone from SHOPCLUES with order no-201548813. This order till now not delivered to me ,but both Courier and shopclues updated this in their site as Delivered on 3-may-2021. trying to contact both Delivery Courier and shopclues ,but no response from their side.Help me

I left out 1 star because the shipping… I left out 1 star because the shipping took too long; however,, I love the pillow covers and may order more...great quality....and I have to say this company is great on customer service. They were in touch and would make accommodations if my order didn't arrive and i wanted to cancel. With the virus, shipping is out of the hands of the manufacturer but I appreciated their concern.
