Very Disappointing Customer Service… Very Disappointing Customer Service from Body Cupid I have been not once but lied twice by 2 useless customer service reps at Body Cupid. I have been told that they are arranging for my delivery which their very unreliable delivery partner XpressBees has messed it up. They have been scamming me since last Saturday(13/10/23) stating that they attempted to deliver but have been unsuccessful as I was not available to accept the delivery. The truth is that NO ONE turned up to do the delivery ever since. I am MORE upset with Body Cupid's incapability of getting their delivery partner to deliver my pre-paid order. I trusted Body Cupid and paid them in advance to buy this hassle of following up, numerous lying calls, and Fraudulent delivery updates. IF YOU WISH TO BRING TROUBLE IN YOUR LIFE, THEN PLEASE KEEP BUYING BODY CUPID PRODUCTS. If you are sane and do not wish to add trouble to your life then please BE AWARE AND DO NOT BUY FROM BODY CUPID

A Happy Customer I bought some ottoman covers from them. They're beautiful and reasonably priced. I ended up sewing on my own cowry shells, which made them look great. I paid an upholsterer to sew on a zipper on the bottom that went all the way around so it could be easily stuffed and then the stuffing (I used expensive foam) could be moved to another one once it inevitably faded. (I've gotten Indian ottomans before; they fade when left outside.) Anyway, Eyes of India was great, answered my questions promptly, and the items (for which I paid extra on shipping) arrived quickly.

My cushions are beautiful and very well… My cushions are beautiful and very well made. Communication was good. However, I wasn't made aware that I had to pay additional import charges to DHL to receive my parcel, This, sadly, would put me off purchasing from this company again.

I ordered two handles from eyes of… I ordered two handles from eyes of India, they are really wonderful and I have had a lot of comments on them. It is nice to have something so original. Packing was excellent and they arrived before scheduled date. Altogether a very good experience.

I left out 1 star because the shipping… I left out 1 star because the shipping took too long; however,, I love the pillow covers and may order more...great quality....and I have to say this company is great on customer service. They were in touch and would make accommodations if my order didn't arrive and i wanted to cancel. With the virus, shipping is out of the hands of the manufacturer but I appreciated their concern.
