I didn't realize until the day before… I didn't realize until the day before her birthday that my Goddaughter would be out of state on the day I originally picked to have flowers delivered to her. The Roseshire team helpfully found my order before the shipment went out and was able to get the address changed in minutes. I REALLY appreciated you fixing my mistake and making it so easy!

Definitely Recommend! Quality of Roses are amazing, they are still fresh as new. Had to call the customer serivce because the delivery misplaced our package and Roseshire acted very quick to track it down and was able to receive on a scheduled date, so no worries on delivery! I bought some roses for my Sister I bought some roses for my sister's birthday. They came right on time and we're gorgeous. No buds, or dry petals. They looked just the image on the website which is totally unexpected nowadays. You can tell they actually put effort into making the perfect bouquet instead of just throwing some flowers together. Definitely recommend!

HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!!! Ordered roses for Valentines Day, paid extra to be delivered on 2/14/23. NO ROSES were delivered. Tracking information showed nothing for delivery only that the label was printed on 2/11/23. No notification from the company at all. I know nothing was delivered because I have cameras outside my house and my wife works from home. Put in a dispute with PayPal and the company has not responded. This company use to be reputable but is now a SCAM! I want a full refund; no roses on the date promised, means they did not fulfill their service obligation. REFUND!

Absolutely the worst experience Absolutely the worst experience. Paid extra for priority shipping. Paid extra for v-day holiday. No roses were delivered. No customer service, phone just rings and hangs up. Took days for the initial email response and more days to answer me back. Still no roses, no response, no refund.
