GBNever received my order for Valentines… Never received my order for Valentines Day. Definitely not receiving a "premium" experience they advertise or you end up paying for. Emailed support and waiting for a response. Going on Day 4 and no update from the shipping carrier they chose to use.

GBHorrible Experience… ordered for… Horrible Experience… ordered for Valentine’s Day. No packages received. Called the number on line twice, no answer. Sent an email, responded that carrier shows order was delivered. Nothing after that. They don’t care at all. Had to open up an investigation with the carrier. Sent another email to Roseshire; still no response. Not sure if I’m going to get reimbursed. Definitely feel scammed. Don’t waste your time or money.

GBI didn't realize until the day before… I didn't realize until the day before her birthday that my Goddaughter would be out of state on the day I originally picked to have flowers delivered to her. The Roseshire team helpfully found my order before the shipment went out and was able to get the address changed in minutes. I REALLY appreciated you fixing my mistake and making it so easy!

GBDefinitely Recommend! Quality of Roses are amazing, they are still fresh as new. Had to call the customer serivce because the delivery misplaced our package and Roseshire acted very quick to track it down and was able to receive on a scheduled date, so no worries on delivery! Appreciate your efforts and helps. Will definitely recommend to all, Flowers can bring joy to your home.

GBVery pleased with my order Very pleased with my order! Even though we ran into an issue where the company handling the express shipping lost my order, Roseshire quickly came through. I contact Roseshire and unlike most companies they replied quickly. They promptly refund my shipping costs and resent my order fed ex overnight to take care of the issue. Things happen but it is always great to find a company that deals and resolves issues quickly!
