GBI ordered two lovely Caldera soaps in… I ordered two lovely Caldera soaps in glass containers. One of the soaps was broken upon receipt. Emailed immediately to the contact listed on my order via PayPal. I also emaied pictures of the broken goods. Items were poorly packaged. I am very surprised both glass containers were not broken as packing materials were very sparse for the box they used for shipment. I am unhappy they have not gotten back to me to send a replacement or provide a refund.

GBI was disappointed to receive an email… I was disappointed to receive an email a few days later that 2 pieces I ordered they didnt have after all and a refund was being issued. While I'm glad for the refund had I known that the website merchandise wasn't up to date I would have ordered my pieces from another store because they were in a end of year sale. By the time I received email I couldn't t find them anywhere else.

GBMissing a charm in order.. The jewerly is beautiful. I purchased it with 25% off which is a bonus. And I received my order quickly. The problem, I ordered 5 petite birthstones charms and only received 4. I sent an email to URBANfusion 2 days ago. Waiting to hear back from them. If I receive the 5th charm, I would certainly rate URBANfusion with 5 stars. UPDATE: I received a response from URBANfusion and they will be sending the missing charm immediately. So I change my review to 5 stars. And I would certainly order from them again.
