GBCommunication and Delivery Issue I visited the US office of The Table on September 29, 2023, and was impressed by the knowledgeable and friendly team who assisted us in selecting a desk, table, and bench. This positive experience led us to place an order. However, post-purchase communication regarding our order status was lacking. Initially, we were patient, assuming busyness on their part. Our first inquiry about shipping status on October 4, 2023, was met with a promise of an update within two days, but it required several follow-ups from us to receive a response. On November 4, we were told to expect an update early the following week. By November 21, the response shifted to a mid-January 2024 delivery date. Our excitement for the solid wood furniture waned due to these delays, and we requested a cancellation and refund on November 21. The company replied that cancellation was not possible as the order had already been produced and would be shipped in the next few weeks. Further inquiries on December 27, 2023, and January 11, 2024, revealed additional delays due to "unforeseen production issues," contradicting their earlier statement that our items were already produced. As of today, January 28, 2024, we still haven't received any updates or a new estimated arrival time, as promised on January 11. While I understand that delays can happen, consistent and proactive communication is crucial. The conflicting information about the production status of our order has been particularly confusing and disappointing.

GBPerfect Size! Spent weeks looking for a 30x30 table to fit in a corner between two couches before finding The Table Company online. Loved the custom table option and now have a beautiful custom table that matches our decor and fits the space perfectly. Darci went above and beyond with their customer service and we couldn’t be happier with everything. Highly recommend!

GBThe table company walked me through the… The table company walked me through the style, wood, and finish options, in addition to sending me wood samples and table photos. They were very customer-service oriented and assured me that they would stand behind their craftsmanship and resolve and issues, though I doubt there will be any. Very satisfied.

GBWe purchased a new home last summer and… We purchased a new home last summer and were in the market for a dining room table. Food, family and friends are central to our lifestyle so we wanted something really special but also affordable. After a few hours on the internet we found The Table Company and in a matter of minutes we were able to configure and price an amazing “custom” table at a really affordable price. It took almost 11 weeks for delivery but it arrived in perfect condition. We LOVE IT! Thank you Table Company. Special shout out to Darcy who made magic happen on delivery day!
