You Need This If You Have Even ONE Sweetgum e Honestly one of the best purchases of the year. Does what I needed it to do. Saved me from cutting down four beautiful trees out of frustration. The order process was fantastic. Easy to figure out what I need. Easy and innovative way to track shipping progress. Seriously impressed with the use of modern technology. Arrived within 3 days. Super easy to assemble. Worked immediately. I love how easy it was to empty the basket. Awesome experience!

Confusing model naming, FANTASTIC PRODUCT! A little confusion over receiving the right model. Would appreciate more transparency on models that share their brush designs. I received the macadamia nut harvester when I ordered the sweetgum, but was informed they are the same. Website should make this clear to avoid confusion. Besides that, this thing is AMAZING. I have so many terrible memories of raking bagging gum balls as a child, but this machine made it almost fun! For real, get one if you have gum balls, I only wish I had splurged for the larger size.

She was able to add parts to my order to insure that the product that I ordered was going to be able to pick up my walnuts. I also appreciated the follow up email from Doreen with helpful videos.

Bag-A-Nut works for Gumballs!! I bought the Bag-A-Nut for pecans to pick up gumballs from my prolific Sweetgum tree. The company makes one specifically for gumballs, but I hope to have Pecans in the future so I went for a 2 for 1. It works fabulously on grass and pavement unless the gumballs are totally flattened. It is a bit messy on mud. I just push it like I would a lawnmower. 5 Stars from me.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service! We needed to replace our basket on our gumball retriever due to a fire, I emailed on Saturday, got a quick response and ordered on Monday. I received it today (Wednesday). My husband uses this almost daily in our yard because we have so many gumballs. 🤣 If you are on the fence about purchasing it, do it!
