The support staff at Airthereal was… The support staff at Airthereal was very responsive. They engaged with me on finding the best solution. Eventually it was decided they needed to replace the unit. They had a new one shipped to my house immediately. Great customer support. Highly recommend!

I bought an ozone machine a few weeks… I bought an ozone machine a few weeks ago. It appears that FedEx delivered it, but their unclever delivery to the front steps was outsmarted by a low-level porch pirate. I was left without an ozonator. I reached out to Airthereal, and they were kind enough to immediately ship a replacement. It arrived in a couple days and was successfully delivered, this time behind the fence (yay FedEx!). I have four APH260s I have four APH260s. I had some problems with the digital displays and contacted Customer Service. Julie and Karen were so helpful. They answered all my questions, helped me troubleshoot, and ultimately sent me a new unit completely hassle-free. They were professional and even checked back with me to make sure things were going okay. Really good customer experience.
