CAExcellent customer service Excellent customer service, if all companies were this good at it would be in better place.had rubberized pads on bottom of ozone unit were disintegrating, one email and I had shipment coming over from manufacturer.in second instance, timer ozone unit broke off, one call and customer service, Laura, arrange replacement shipped to me straight from factory. GBCustomer and tech support are fabulous! Customer and tech support are fantastic! After several years of heavy use, including through some construction, one of my air purifiers started to have issues. We had several back-and-forth emails as the staff in customer and tech support helped me troubleshoot the issue. I love that we were able to to come up with a resolution remotely. It took a bit of time, but we didn't waste money and fuel shipping the unit back and forth, and they were willing to work on it instead of just suggesting a put this one in the landfill and buy a replacement. I'm still using the unit.
