I’ve bought a total of 3 trees from… I’ve bought a total of 3 trees from this company. I have found the quality of these trees to be phenomenal. The ones I’ve purchased are the most realistic trees. I get compliments all the time on the trees when I put them up and people always think they’re real. But when they don’t see a watering stand at the bottom, they’ll ask how I can make it look so great without water and I have to tell them it’s not a real tree and they are totally shocked. I love that. The real feel of the tree feels like it a living tree and I even get the scent sticks that smell like Christmas trees and I put them in there so when people walk by they smell that and that helps them to believe that it’s a real tree trees. I’ve been buying trees for decades, and these are by far the best trees I’ve ever purchased .

Customer service review I recently purchased the Vermont White Spruce Flip Tree and everything was easy to assemble. Couldn’t get the battery in the darn remote! I called customer service and spoke with Chris. He was absolutely wonderful! He helped me to fix the issue and sent me pictures. Very nice to experience excellent customer service in these days where there usually is no person that will answer the phone. Thanks again Balsam Hill!

The tree arrived before time The tree arrived before time. I have not opened the tree. But it was shipped in two boxes and sealed properly. My only concern is that the label that says inspected by was left blank. I hope that all parts are included whenI open the boxes.

Heavy tree Wow...tree is definitely solid / heavy! Did not fully assembly/fluff but hoping it will look like the picture shows. 2 of the sections did NOT connect well at all; had to struggle to connect and now cannot unconnect them. Oh well...
