I called customer service because I was… I called customer service because I was sent the incorrect return label of what I had asked for To be returned. I indicated what I was returning and then in the comments section, I stated how I enjoyed the Dahlia to set pot filler instead, they sent me a return label for the Dahlia set. I was just commenting on how I enjoyed that product. Andy was awesome. He was patient despite the fact that I was a bit upset, sending me the wrong label. He gave awesome customer service. He indicated he would credit my account for the amount of what I wanted to return and oh my goodness told me I could keep the item which I was willing to return. Must you have made for life I look forward to fall plants and Christmas items. Thank you so much, Andy to your department was patient and understanding

I’ve bought a total of 3 trees from… I’ve bought a total of 3 trees from this company. I have found the quality of these trees to be phenomenal. The ones I’ve purchased are the most realistic trees. I get compliments all the time on the trees when I put them up and people always think they’re real. But when they don’t see a watering stand at the bottom, they’ll ask how I can make it look so great without water and I have to tell them it’s not a real tree and they are totally shocked. I love that. The real feel of the tree feels like it a living tree and I even get the scent sticks that smell like Christmas trees and I put them in there so when people walk by they smell that and that helps them to believe that it’s a real tree trees. I’ve been buying trees for decades, and these are by far the best trees I’ve ever purchased .

The tree arrived before time The tree arrived before time. I have not opened the tree. But it was shipped in two boxes and sealed properly. My only concern is that the label that says inspected by was left blank. I hope that all parts are included whenI open the boxes.
