GBThe installer was unable to install a… The installer was unable to install a majority of the work. In addition, he didn’t turn away when I entered my security code which made me uncomfortable. He was on his phone chit chatting with someone the entire time he was at my home (talking about PTO and a vacation request). Overall, this was a disappointing experience and now I will need to use CPI as well as ring cameras and a ring doorbell installed.

GBZaimarie was a pleasure! Zaimarie was very helpful. She knew about my issue from a previous call. She went out of her way to try to find a cheaper solution to solve my SVR issue and gave me several options to choose from. She was very polite and courteous. I have appointment on the day and time frame I asked for. Will definitely contact her again if I have any more issues but hopefully I won’t have to. You have an awesome employee!!

GBVery pleased My Techs were awesome cleaned up the area and installation was made to look simple which I know it isnt
