GBOur installer made our experience nice. Dawnley Joseph seemed to be very thorough. Carefully removing old equipment, hiding wires where wire were necessary, cleaning up as he went. He was patient and helpful in deciding the location of equipment. He cared about our experience in all of this, he was not just there to knock out another system and be on his way. He spent time explaining the system, and the app.

GBNot as robust as my previous system My name is wrong on account and apparently no one can fix. The functionality of the system is limited. Installer did good job, could not connect switches to system, but that may be an issue with construction company and CPI person they were working with as they were supposed to be compatible.

GBGary was very helpful letting me know… Gary was very helpful letting me know what I needed and stayed to make sure all was ready to go. Wonderful representative of CPI! Showed me how to operate the system and made sure all cameras were operating.
