Not as robust as my previous system My name is wrong on account and apparently no one can fix. The functionality of the system is limited. Installer did good job, could not connect switches to system, but that may be an issue with construction company and CPI person they were working with as they were supposed to be compatible.

Our experience with CPI could not have… Our experience with CPI could not have been better. From the installation to the instructions on how to use the new alarm system, was really great. The technician was very expert, friendly and took care to help us navigate our new system.
