GB10 days after placing order nothing Placed an order on 2/24/24 and 10 days later nothing from them. When I called I was told it takes 2 - 6 days to ship. Website doesn't even show my order, so I cannot check on status, & don't even bother to attempt to contact them on your customer page. I was told they are having problems with website and it is in work, but looking at other reviews I see that has been their excuse for months.

GBThings you can't get anywhere else! Knocked off one star since some things I ordered were out of stock, but I wasn't notified until after I submitted my order. (But these are crazy gardening times right now!) We've really enjoyed all the items we've bought from Gardener's Supply Company, particularly the bean towers and the pea fencing. Wonderful sturdy but collapsible trellises for peas and beans to climb on. Bye-bye bamboo!

GBShould have come here first! I had spent a lot of time searching online for a special cover for new cacti I'm trying to grow in zone 7. I had been using a laundry basket and it look ridiculous but I couldn't find anything else. Then, it occurred to me to check Gardeners supply and I immediately found exactly what I was looking for. The price was fair and the measurements were perfect. It is exactly what I needed. Thanks!

GB11 days, order still hasn't shipped I ordered a seed starting kit and mix from Gardeners Supply Co. After 11 days, the order still hasn't shipped. When I called customer service, there was a 23-minute wait to speak with a rep. (!) I sent an email instead and am waiting to hear back. Unacceptable, will never order from them again.

GBUpdate to 4/11 review Wanted to provide an update to my initial review 3 weeks ago. I am giving the overall rating a 2 now that my experience with GSC is just about over. The good news is the first part of my order arrived yesterday with the other part due to be delivered tomorrow. So it took 4 weeks on the nose for my order to be delivered. If you have anything that is time-sensitive, I suggest looking elsewhere until GSC truly is back to operating normally. I do feel badly for the employees who are trying to dig themselves out of a mess. With an issue that appears to have surfaced in February, though, it is perplexing that issues still remain nearly 3 months later. I received the e-mail from GSC's Chief Operating Officer(?) last week that was likely sent to hundreds of customers. I appreciate the gesture - better late than never - but the intentional decision not to comment at all about what GSC has/is/would be doing to get this resolved was disappointing. We don't need all the details, but some would certainly have been appropriate to share. Best of luck to everyone with their orders.
