Palram skylight shed 6x10 Arrived as per delivery date on website. Easy to follow instructions but took slightly longer to build than expected. Happy with quality of shed although floor panels dont seem to lie flat at present time but may settle. The 2 vents could do with some sort of regulated sliding cover for air flow Now 3rd July and still not received free shelf. Was told end of May that stock should be arriving beginning of June but still no sign of it after several attempts to contact company.

Mostly the product is not worth the money poor quality very flimsy a crisp bag is stronger

Shed had missing rubber seals and every… Shed had missing rubber seals and every time I try to contact customer service, it doesn’t lead you anywhere, same with trying to order free gift, left a review on b&q where it was purchased from but is this just a con???? Is someone available to answer queries anywhere and enable us to make the shed wind proof and safe in high winds???????? It’s so frustrating.

Excellent service and product. Sierra veranda arrived and was fairly easy to put up with 2 people. When we were inserting the roofing paddles at first it didnt seem to be sitting right but we soon realised we hadn't placed the legs quite square but once we corrected that it was. It has been absolutely great. We have already had intense wind and rain and it has been solid. There hasn't been too much noise with the rain battering down. We have mounted it onto a pebble dashed wall so we have used lots of sealant to keep it waterproof which we have managed after a couple of goes so smooth brick walls will be no problem. A piece of guttering had been broken in transit but company replaced it promptly without hesitation.

8x6 Palram Skylight shed I bought the 8x6 Palram Skylight shed in Amber. Overall the shed is very good, lightweight so needs anchoring but feels stable and secure once built. The cons are that the floor is paper thin plastic, so any bumps come through and that the mechanism to hold the padlock is held in by self tapping screws, so no matter how secure the padlock, anyone with a screwdriver can get it open.
