I love getting plants from Grow Joy I love getting plants from Grow Joy. My plants are always packed nicely without harm, they look really good when they arrive (packaging is key). I also like the fact that shipping is handled quickly. With packaging and shipping you can't go wrong => you will only get healthy plants.

My first time to order from GrowJoy My first time to order from GrowJoy. I was skeptical because in the past when ordering from other companies the plants arrive looking very sad and beat up. GrowJoy sent larger, healthier, thriving plants in the absolute BEST PACKAGING I have ever gotten and I am over 70 so I've been buying plants a long time. The fact that I was able to buy Lotus Vine plants when every nursery seems to be out was truly pleasing! Believe me, I searched locally and online. Needless to say, I am thrilled with my order, store communication and packaging. Thanks, GrowJoy!

High/hidden shipping charges, Low initial customer service Updated review. Site did not display high shipping cost until after charge. Sent 4 emails cancelling order but they were not processed. After I negatively reviewed them here and other sites, customer service contacted me, and after I requested it, agreed to refund shipping. The plant arrived fresh and healthy.

You really need to improve!! You really need to improve!! I ordered four of your sunflowers of which three were completely wilted and nicked upon arrival. My gardener planted all three of them immediately, I watered them conscientiously. Only one of them survived. I suspect they were already half dead when you sent them off. I asked for a refund, but you do not give that. You only offer customer credit or a replacement. I informed you after the plants arrived, but never heard back from you. You have a system that does not allow for human contact.
