GBLove this company I absolutely love this company. For the past couple years I've ordered veggies and all my flowers for my planters from them. I've tried a couple different flower combos and I've liked each one. I especially love the variety they provide with their veggie plants and perennials. There's always a few veggies plants that I cannot get locally and I'll happily order them from GrowJoy for an affordable price. They are always packaged well and arrive in good condition. I know that when I order from GrowJoy I'm getting a quality product. Last year my butter king & tangy arugula plants lasted into WI Midwest fall with very little maintenance/watering - pretty impressive.

GBVery Pleased After many years of buying plants from local big box stores, I decided to use GrowJoy. I ordered my canning and salsa tomato plants, green bean, jalapeno peppers, green bell peppers, beets, broccoli, cauliflower, and cucumber plants through them, I can say that this was one of the best gardens I've grown in many years. Even with the hot dry weather we endured, it still came through.

GBHigh/hidden shipping charges, Low initial customer service Updated review. Site did not display high shipping cost until after charge. Sent 4 emails cancelling order but they were not processed. After I negatively reviewed them here and other sites, customer service contacted me, and after I requested it, agreed to refund shipping. The plant arrived fresh and healthy.

GBThe plants are flourishing! Healthy and well packaged! I ordered 2 types of coleus, finger paint and defiance, a white million bell plant, two red mandevilla, and a blue spruce sedum. They came very well packaged and in excellent health. They seemed a bit small at first, but once established in a pot, everything took off! (Except the sedum which hasn’t arrived yet). I’m very pleased and would definitely order from this company again!

GBWorst ever Missing items that were marked cancelled on packing slip. I never recieved a refund. All brussel sprout plants were infested with worms and were destroy in transit. No response to emails or phone calls. The phone number included with packing slip is disconnected. They sent out some sob story about how they were so busy that the customer service people need to help pack things however they send out at least one email a day to sell more items. 💩 I would suggest disputing charges with bank or credit card at this point.
