I ordered a grill on April 21 I ordered a grill on April 21, 2024 based on promised shipment within 24-72 hours from order which did not happen. My credit card was charged immediately without a shipment. Almost a week later the website continues to indicate the order is being processed. I have called numerous times only to hear all agents are busy. I sent a web page order status inquiry and then two emails requesting my order be cancelled all without receiving a response. I would recommend avoiding purchasing anything from bbqgrills.com as it appears to be a scam.

In the past seven days, BBQGrills.com has not returned a single phone call or email regarding the status of my order. I have been unable to establish a single point of contact with the company. Their website says the order will ship within 24 to 72 hours, but that is simply not the case. The fact that no one will answer the phone and no one returns voicemails or emails should be a huge red flag. I’m going to file a complaint with my credit card company to have the charge reversed. BBQGrills clearly appears to be a scam of a company.

I had been researching the perfect grill for quite some time and when I was ready to pull the trigger I happened to stumble across BBQGrills and I’m thankful that I did. The prices were competitive and what stood out to me is that this is a true, independent small business with unbiased reviews, unlike other online retailers who happen to also own their own line of grills (ie. I bought a Broil King Regal LP gas… I bought a Broil King Regal LP gas grill for our summer home, I had ordered, it was delivered via a shipping company , received with no problems. Installation was a breeze and it’s been cooking like a champ. I did have 1 small issue and the BBQ Grill team took care of it promptly !!! I would definitely buy another product from this company !!!

Love my Sabre gas grill!!! I bought my Sabre gas grill from BBQGrills.com about 1 year ago. I chose this grill only because it fit the existing opening in my existing summer kitchen. Not only did it fit perfectly but the quality of the product far exceeded my expectation. Price was fair delivery was prompt and included. I use it 3-4 times a week and the performance is excellent. Can cook everything from steak to pizza to a whole turkey.
