GBThey are not telling the truth about…shipping within 72 and they do not have product in stock as stated They are not telling the truth about shipping within 24 to 72 hours, I order a Halo Flat top, they are 2 days behind the 72 hours and they have refused to issue a credit or issue a tracking number, these people are unprofessional, dishonest and DO NOT have the HALO FLAT TOP IN STOCK as stated on the website

GBBad Service is BBQGrills.coms Specialty Really the worst customer service and lack of response in all my 75 years. Ordered a $1200+ Fuego Grill and it came damaged and noted the box damage on the signed receiver. They initially said they would work with manufacturer but said to file a freight claim nonetheless. I did that and sent all items require to freight company, Fuego Grills and BBQGrills.com. No response from anyone. I called freight company and they indicated it might take 3-4 months to resolve. In the meantime I have a large damaged grill taking up half my garage with no resolution in sight. Frustrated, disappointed and mad. I judge a company on how they handle adversity. BBQGrills.com gets a solid “F”. Good luck with orders you place with a company that has little regard for customer service.

GBI placed an order on April 21 I placed an order on April 21, 2024, and my card was immediately charged by a company called Malt & B, Inc. In the past seven days, BBQGrills.com has not returned a single phone call or email regarding the status of my order. I have been unable to establish a single point of contact with the company. Their website says the order will ship within 24 to 72 hours, but that is simply not the case. The fact that no one will answer the phone and no one returns voicemails or emails should be a huge red flag. I’m going to file a complaint with my credit card company to have the charge reversed. BBQGrills clearly appears to be a scam of a company.

GBThis company (BBQGrills.com) is so…wonderful for having in stock, hard to find parts for my gas grill. This company (BBQGrills.com) is so great for having everything in stock for my rare 23 year old PGS Model K-40 gas grill. I was able to purchase the very hard to find stainless ''H'' burner and the factory round ceramic briquettes for my unit. They also stocked several other parts for my K-40 that I'm sure I'll need in the future. I'm very lucky to find such a wonderful company that still stocks parts for my grill. I cannot express my happiness enough and thrilled to be a customer for this company. Thanks again !!

GBI order the Napoleon Prestige 665 NG… I order the Napoleon Prestige 665 NG and absolutely love this grill. I live in Colorado and can get some high winds, but this grill instantly heats up to over 700 degree every time. I always fought to keep my old 6 burner grill hot, but this on I have to turn it down. Shipping was high quality, my only gripe was it took about 3 weeks to get, so I just missed grilling on Mother's Day.
