GBAfter I cancelled the order After I cancelled the order, you guys still sent the package. I will never buy a gorilla tent, kind lights or whatever supplements you sell. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. You should answer your phone instead of doing the chats via your website.

GBI can't say enough good things about… I can't say enough good things about this company they've gone above and beyond with support answering questions helping me along the way. I've looked at other friend's LED lights they're not as good quality and don't produce the results.

GBBest light there is for a 2x4 Tent Alright this light is probably the best light you can buy for a 2x4 tent. It's probably overpowered for my autoflowers, but it has dual dimmer knobs in case your DLI is too high. I really enjoy the spectrum control this light has, and I've noticced my plants finish faster underneath this light. Not sure if its the added UV or what, but my plants grow and mature faster under this light. Also the coverages for a 2x4 tent is near perfect and I'm astonished at how the corners of my tent still have a high PPFD value. It's super bright, yet doesn't make my tent warm up like other lights that are over 400w. If you want the best possible light for a 2x4 tent, don't bother looking anywhere else.

GBX330 Control Box I had an issue with my X330 Light (Brand New), the UV side would come on then cycle off after 20 minutes. I contacted Michael from GSI Support who mailed out the new control module that day. The fact they were able to troubleshoot the issue over the phone and immediately mailed a new controller. Your extra efforts to help me did not go unnoticed. Thank You again,and look forward to being Kind Light customer forever !!! Customer Service does make a difference....In addition Jessica Sage "On Chat" did a remarkable job as well, very quick to respond and customer service was beyond reproach - What a Team !!!!!!!......Thanks All !

GBBad Situation Turned Positive I had what started as a bad experience, turn out to be a positive one. Michael with the customer service team at Kind LED was able to diagnose my problem via chat and determine that I didn't need to spend money to ship my light back for service. A couple days later a new SD card and WiFi dongle showed up at my house. Now both my light and connection to my router work flawlessly without the hassle of sending my unit back. Thanks again, Michael.
