GBThe X40 lights worked as advertised The X40 lights worked as advertised. I did have to remount the ballasts on the sides as I supported 3 lights in a row on aluminum rails, and didn't have enough top clearance to accommodate the standard top mount, so that is possible. Otherwise, my radishes germinated in 5 days and lettuce in a week. Very happy.

GBAfter I cancelled the order After I cancelled the order, you guys still sent the package. I will never buy a gorilla tent, kind lights or whatever supplements you sell. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. You should answer your phone instead of doing the chats via your website.

GBBad Situation Turned Positive I had what started as a bad experience, turn out to be a positive one. Michael with the customer service team at Kind LED was able to diagnose my problem via chat and determine that I didn't need to spend money to ship my light back for service. A couple days later a new SD card and WiFi dongle showed up at my house. Now both my light and connection to my router work flawlessly without the hassle of sending my unit back. Thanks again, Michael.

GBI can't say enough good things about… I can't say enough good things about this company they've gone above and beyond with support answering questions helping me along the way. I've looked at other friend's LED lights they're not as good quality and don't produce the results.

GBSo far so good using an entry-level… So far so good using an entry-level kind LED product and looking forward to harvesting my pineapples and exotic fruits. If I had to compare all the brands across the marketplace for this purpose I would equate kind LED as a BMW in the grow light market. After all, you get what you pay for and that’s why I paid extra to get the kind LED lights.
