I ordered wood custom built shutters… I ordered wood custom built shutters painted black. The order was received ahead of expected completion. The shutters were in good shape with a couple of minor areas requiring touch up paint. The hardware was not received, although the delivery noted a hardware delivery. I contacted their customer support to verify status of the hardware and to obtain touch up paint. They answered my call quickly, verified the status of the hardware order and ensured it was sent, and also provided the touch up paint. I am very pleased with the result and the service.

Lots of Choices I could not find the large size (15X55) that I needed locally. Not only could Architecture Depot make me the size I wanted to replace old wooden shutters, but they had the exact color that I wanted- wineberry. Status of order production and delivery updates were very helpful to ensure that I was home to accept the package. Videos were great installation guides.

Fantastic Experience Overall. Had been looking for a specific type of corbel for over two years. Couldn't find one with a modern look and size needed. Architectural Depot was able to custom-size one of their designs to fit my project. A phone call to customer service provided a discount code as well. (Did not originally show up online as was a custom order) Had the finished product within two weeks of my order.
