Great Experience! Great website, great order-taking, excellent price, quick shipping-- I love these folks! There was one small issue regarding communications in the shipping process. Basically, the company and the shipper were not in step. Fortunately, I returned from a business trip early and was able to receive the grill. I hate to think of that box sitting in the rain at the end of my driveway for two days! Would I buy from them again? Absolutely! Would I recommend them to family and friends? Already have!

Great communication and available parts I needed a fairly obscure part that most sites showed as unavailable. Grill Collection was the only website that indicated they had it available. I used the chat option on Grill Collection's website and they quickly confirmed it was in stock. I placed the order and received it quickly. It was great communication and quick delivery on a part no one else has.

I would use Grill Collection again! All was great as I needed the grill and doors/drawers in a timely manner. My only concern was the delivery. I kept getting bad or no information on when the delivery would be made. Fortunately after communicating with both shippers, the items came on the day before I left for out-of-town.

Great experience Great experience. Found a grill I wanted and had a question about shipping time. Customer service was responsive, friendly and transparent. My grill arrived in a few weeks despite limited inventory and I love it (I ordered a Napoleon Prestige Pro 600 series). My only piece of constructive feedback is that the website looks sketchy and outdated which gave me pause initially but I had a great experience.
