GBA good company to do business with The products are very good. The call in customer service is very good. Pricing is fair. Service is cumbersome and inconvenient due to email communication only, plus they don't work normal US business hours. Shipping is erratic and out the door can be slow. One order is sometimes shipped by three different carriers UPS, FedEx and USPS IMO fix service and streamline shipping and it would be a A1 company

GBNew and Improved When I first started looking into growing, Vivosun was considered a "lower quality" brand alongside the other major brands . I knew I needed something budget friendly but still got the job done properly . I ignored the advice of others and decided to go with Vivosun products anyway and I can honestly say they have stepped it up Big Time ! They revamped most of their grow equipment and got a Smart Grow System of their own that works very well to keep everything perfect . I think the competition really motivated Vivosun to take it up a notch and I feel they have successfully done that . If your looking into growing for yourself whether it be fruits and veggies or the Good Greens😎 you will not be disappointed !

GBBefore the E42A grow hub Before the E42A grow hub, I was manually doing lots of work in the room. After the GrowHub, the light, fan, and ventilations, are all controlled remotely. I can be at my girls house and monitor the grow lab from miles away. I love knowing the VPD for the grow room and the Grow hub is a game changer!

GBAt 1st everything was amazing At 1st everything was amazing. Product worked great, and a couple weeks into grow the zipper broke. They tried to remedy it with $20........ mmmmm no that isn't going to work. Then they sent a new tent. Prefect....customer service took care of me. Now 8 weeks into flower and the grow hub kept dropping wifi. So lights, fans, and exhaust were not working properly. Woke up twice and lights were on. Came home from work and they were off. I reached out to them again and no response this time. It's too bad to. They have the ideas, but the final is lack luster at best. I feel like a whole new smart grow tent kit is in order.
