I am a first time purchaser that… I am a first time purchaser that decided to purchase 2 trees from your company. I bought the OCT only because none were available at the nursery near where I lived. The OCT looks practically dead after being in the Ground for 2 weeks. I purchased garden soil and bought the Espoma Bio-Tone Starter Plus for the tree and am very disappointed at how it looks. You all should not send out sick trees to customers. I’m very disappointed.

The pieris plants sent were very… The pieris plants sent were very undersized for the cost and the mugo pine must not have been watered for a very long time. The dirt fell out from the wrap around roots severely browned and strangled. They ask for photos. Well, to save this plant will be a challenge. I put it in the ground immediately and don't plan to lift it to take a photo. It will definitely kill it. 10 days later the candles remain severely wilted. Not much hope. This is the second time I have lost a plant because the person selecting it was not careful choosing it. I don't like making a negative review but after two problems, I'm finished.
