The Petite Arbrovitae The Petite arbrovitae arrived totally intact, potting soil and all...it was strapped securerly to the carton in which it was packed. Moisture was intact in the way it was wrapped. It was fresh and without any flaw. I was so impressed! It is now in the downtown Newfield, NJ pot looking so good. We have already gotten compliments on it.

Very satisfied So I am a review person because they help me in making decisions about product/company. This being stated, I also do not appreciate reviews that are premature, e.g. the folks write that they have to come back and "follow up". What I can write at this time is that delivery was prompt, the plants (young bushes) arrived it tact, and they are flourishing. If the need arises, I will purchase again from this company.

Quality Delivered with Seamless Process Recently I purchased 12 arborvitae to replace some of the overgrown trees on my fence line. The trees shipped on Monday arrived on Tuesday in great shape. The packaging was well done so the trees arrived in perfect condition. I will be ordering again to replace the rest of my trees. The communication from ordering to arrival was seamless letting me know exactly the status of my order.

I ordered 2 pionies in two separate… I ordered 2 pionies in two separate orders. Both plants arrived well packed and in good shape. One is planted in the garden and is happy. The other is recovering from the trip and will join the other in a day or so. I have never had an issue with the plants from Garden Goods Direct.
