GBSuperior customer service All I can say is WOW. I've had a Slime inflator for several years and until a week or so ago it worked perfectly. All of a sudden it stopped filling properly and would shut off before reaching the set point. I went online and commented to customer service. I was asked for the receipt for a refund. Having no luck finding the receipt I sent back an email with a photo of the unit with the box and everything. The comment I got back was that without a receipt they could not provide a refund but were sending me a new upgraded replacement unit. I was truly amazed by Karen's solution.

GBFuses were blowing when powering on They agreed to replace the unit given the circumstances of it failing. Will send unit in using the postage label sent to us. Communications were excellent and addressed my concerns.

GBTire inflators and air tire pressure gauge no good Well honestly I have been using slime air tire inflators and every time I buy after a certain time they stop working. While I always use best standard procedures while using these tire inflators as guided instructed by manual book. Even I have been using their manual air pressure gauges they never show exact tire pressure. So now I have decided never to buy their products as this is waste of money and a big stress. Please increase update quality of your products.

GBAmazing customer service Amazing customer service. When I had trouble with my new inflator, I asked for assistance in figuring out what was wrong. Rather than trying to help with an unrecognizable problem, the company has sent a replacement at no charge. I’m very impressed and am now a life- long loyal customer! Thank you

GBproblem with the pump We had a problem with the pump but when contacting Slime, they followed up immediately and went above and beyond and quickly replaced the pump.
