Numerous times used kit to fill car and bicycle tires that were slowly losing air and deflated from unexpected events. Customer rep Laura Gonzalez was very helpful after contacting company regarding problem with product. Although I have never purchased a product from slime this experience truly reflects how companies should do business. If I am ever in need of a slime product you have earned a customer for life.

GBExpert Customer Service I purchased the Expert Pro Power Tire Inflator. Used it once and it was Great! For whatever reason, the next time I got it out to use, it would not work. I contacted Slime with my issue, and they promptly sent me a new one. Now that is good customer service!

GBSuperior customer service All I can say is WOW. I've had a Slime inflator for several years and until a week or so ago it worked perfectly. All of a sudden it stopped filling properly and would shut off before reaching the set point. I went online and commented to customer service. I was asked for the receipt for a refund. Having no luck finding the receipt I sent back an email with a photo of the unit with the box and everything. The comment I got back was that without a receipt they could not provide a refund but were sending me a new upgraded replacement unit. I was truly amazed by Karen's solution.

GBI purchased a tire inflator and haven’t… I purchased a tire inflator and haven’t had long. The cord attached to the adapter for the lighter was plugged in and would not. I looked snd sparks were coming from it so I shut off my car and pulled it out. The one wire was completely separated from the adapter. I wrote to your company and receive a response. I sent pictures and Fanassa took care of the problem and said they were sending a new one. I will be very happy when it comes snd I will very very unhappy if that doesn’t happen. Expecting good things and appreciate the very good customer service!!

GBFuses were blowing when powering on They agreed to replace the unit given the circumstances of it failing. Will send unit in using the postage label sent to us. Communications were excellent and addressed my concerns.
