The service was great The service was great! I never have a problem with this florist. The service I receive from them is always above what I expected. She's always friendly and polite on the phone while taking orders. She assist or make suggestions concerning the arrangement and this time as always was exceptional. I wanted the flowers to represent our company and they did! I received many compliments on the flowers. Thank you!!

Very friendly staff (especially Mary… Very friendly staff (especially Mary Lee). I felt welcomed and appreciated— not simply another customer they would get to and help eventually. Mary Lee listened to me, she didn’t try to pressure or hurry me to make a purchase I wasn’t satisfied with. Instead she made suggestions and told me how Dolly Florist could enhance an arrangement (add a bow and/or silk flower) at no additional cost. And, the best thing about Dolly Florist is the floral selections in the store and online are reasonably priced and they are beautiful arrangements.

The Finest "Little Flower Shop" Most of the time we men rely upon our barbers and women, their hairdressers, to provide excellent service and results. Perhaps that's why we're loyal to them through the years, and keep coming back for more. Thankfully, Dolly's Florist has stood our changing times where floral shops are few and far between, but personally, I've found them to be as important to us as my barber or my wife's hairdresser. The standing angel wing arrangement… The standing angel wing arrangement that Mary Lee made for my best friend funeral was awesome. She sent me a picture but when I saw the arrangement in person at the funeral home I was like wow. The blue colors that she put on those wings was amazing, thank you for one of the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen.
