They not only hear, but listen with their hearts to my requests and the arrangements always come out with that heart felt touch (I request pictures) and they comply. Even out of town florist(s) respond with the same excellence of service. They even help with the wording on the card. I've been with Dolly's for several years, and I am grateful for their Kind service. Also their friendly reminders help a lot.

Very friendly staff (especially Mary… Very friendly staff (especially Mary Lee). I felt welcomed and appreciated— not simply another customer they would get to and help eventually. Mary Lee listened to me, she didn’t try to pressure or hurry me to make a purchase I wasn’t satisfied with. Instead she made suggestions and told me how Dolly Florist could enhance an arrangement (add a bow and/or silk flower) at no additional cost. And, the best thing about Dolly Florist is the floral selections in the store and online are reasonably priced and they are beautiful arrangements.
